Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the counter
Explain cake and pastry options & help with selections
Handle billing and cash/POS transactions
Maintain shop cleanliness and product display
Coordinate with kitchen team for order updates
Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (Bakery/food industry preferred)
Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
