Sales Sr Associate

**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As an Analyst in the North America Beverage organization at Pepsi Beverages Company, your primary responsibility will be to support the Merchandising Center of Excellence team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional operational services are provided to sales employees across multiple teams and markets. Your tasks will include assessing and communicating equipment inventory, reviewing and validating orders, monitoring equipment orders, preparing order/tracking/delivery reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve processes for better quality and timeliness of output. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks regarding Permanent or Temporary merchandise equipment - Review and validate field orders before placement - Monitor equipment orders from placement through delivery using internal systems - Maintain equipment inventory database by tracking orders - Report any inventory variances and issues to Sector or Division teams promptly - Prepare order tracking and delivery reporting for internal and external audiences - Analyze status, delays, and tracking in-depth - Collaborate across multiple functions to collect insights for cause of change analysis - Implement improvements in delivery of work processes - Simplify processes, standardize reporting, and optimize technology usage - Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with headquarter partners - Collaborate with sales functions on equipment orders, delivery tracking, and issues - Ensure accurate and timely data delivery in accordance with service level agreements (SLA) - Focus on speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than just achievement of SLAs - Scale-up operation in line with business growth and new areas of opportunity - Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience in Data analysis, Finance, or Marketing - Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering - Prior experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company - Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI - Willingness to learn PepsiCo software systems - Strong customer service orientation - Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan effectively,
