Your role will also involve training customers on product features and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential customers for RiVa Smart's smart living products - Demonstrate and promote the innovative smart home solutions offered by RiVa Smart - Drive sales growth by closing deals and meeting sales targets - Provide excellent customer service and address client needs proactively - Collaborate with the internal sales team to deliver exceptional service - Train customers on product features and usage - Efficiently explain technical concepts and provide clear, concise solutions - Utilize strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships with clients Qualifications Required: - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client needs, and provide proactive support - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, close deals, and meet sales targets - Experience or capability in Training customers and team members on product usage and features - Ability to efficiently explain technical concepts and provide clear, concise solutions - Proficiency in smart home technologies is a plus - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Demonstrated ability to work effectively on-site in a client-facing role,
