Job Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth of Medium Voltage (MV) and Energy Automation products through channel partners, system integrators, panel builders, EPCs, utilities, industrial customers, and direct end-user engagement.
Manage the complete sales cycle for Numerical Protection Relays, MV Primary & Secondary Distribution Solutions, Automation Systems, and Retrofit Projects, ensuring alignment with the regional and national business strategy.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and tender bids in a timely manner for enquiries received from panel builders, utilities, industries, EPC contractors, channel partners, and other key customers.
Collaborate closely with Siemens headquarters, regional teams, factory personnel, and local execution teams to support successful pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic customer engagement plans through regular visits, relationship management, technical discussions, and specification-in activities across target market segments.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding Siemens' market presence and maximizing market share across assigned territories. The role requires extensive customer-facing engagement and business travel.
Identify, appoint, and develop new channel partners and system integrators, providing continuous commercial and technical support to accelerate business growth.
Conduct competitor benchmarking, market intelligence gathering, product positioning, and pricing analysis to formulate effective sales and market penetration strategies.
Prepare and implement regional sales action plans, monitor performance against targets, and drive initiatives to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting activities for MV and Energy Automation business, ensuring forecast accuracy and business visibility.
Deliver impactful customer presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, and promotional activities to strengthen customer engagement and generate new business opportunities.

Key Competencies:

Strong understanding of MV Switchgear, Numerical Protection Relays, Feeder Automation, Substation Automation, and Distribution Solutions.
Expertise in techno-commercial negotiations, tendering, and product sales.
Strong customer relationship management and channel development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach to achieving business growth.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in Power Distribution, Protection & Control or MV Switchgear sales.
P Strong experience in handling panel builders working with utilities, renewable energy customers, EPCs.P
