Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales & Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading Interior designing company based in Sasthamangalam, Trivandrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling service & sales coordinations including telecalling, payments, quotations, purchase, delivery etc. and other marketing & promotional activities etc. Duties & Responsibilities: · Interacting with customers in office and calls for technical discussions · Telecalling from leads assigned or database from the office . Working on quotations · Handling the data and sharing it with the technicians for work confirmation · Payment follow-up keeping the agreement in mind Qualifications & Skills: · Degree preferred · Previous experience in services firm will be highly appreciated . Good communication, coordination & follow up skills .
