The Sales Rockstar position is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. As a Sales Rockstar, your main responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, cultivating and managing customer relationships, generating leads, and finalizing sales. You will be tasked with creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and participating in networking events. Collaboration with the marketing team to create sales materials, offering exceptional customer service, and compiling sales reports are also part of the role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong sales abilities encompassing prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and sustaining relationships with clients and colleagues. A solid understanding of market research and strategy development is required, along with a focus on providing top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate reports are crucial for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous for this position.,
