Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers, understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable décor pieces.
• Explain product stories, materials, and design inspirations to enhance the buying experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Maintain a visually appealing display and ensure products are clean, safe, and ready for customers.
• Process sales transactions, handle billing, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist with unpacking, tagging, and arranging new inventory.
• Build repeat customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in home décor, lifestyle, or luxury products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Good sense of design, color, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to handle POS systems and basic computer operations.
• Willingness to work weekends and store peak hours.
