Sales Representative/Customer Service

As a Customer Sales Executive at Lifetime Health Home Healthcare in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in converting digitally generated leads into sales by engaging with potential clients effectively. With 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, you will be responsible for understanding the healthcare needs of customers and promoting our home healthcare services. Your key responsibilities will include contacting potential customers from various sources such as website inquiries and social media, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable home healthcare solutions. You will need to follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to enhance conversions and achieve monthly sales targets. Additionally, providing detailed information about services, addressing customer queries, and building long-term relationships will be essential for encouraging referrals and repeat business. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with lead generation efforts. You will also coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM software and providing regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, home healthcare, insurance, or a related industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and persuasive skills, the ability to convert digital leads into sales effectively, a customer-centric approach, proficiency in CRM software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are key skills required for this position. The role is full-time with day shifts and requires proficiency in Kannada and English. Relocation to Bengaluru, Karnataka before starting work is necessary.
