Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our team for the USA Process. The ideal candidates will have experience dealing with the US market, or be freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers in the US market
• Promote and sell products or services effectively
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately
• Collaborate with team members and managers to improve overall performance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in US sales process is Mandatory
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,924.88 - ₹41,162.28 per month
