Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist potential clients
• Explain services, features, and benefits to users effectively
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain records of conversations and update CRM

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or telecalling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work from office (WFO)

Additional Details:

• Office Timings: 10 AM – 6.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
