Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Understand and communicate the unique design philosophy of Terzee Recommend garments and styling options tailored to client needs and preferences Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Maintain showroom appearance to reflect the brand’s premium standards Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Assist with inventory management and stock arrangement Support in-store events, fittings, and private appointments Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience in fashion retail or luxury sales preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong sense of style and knowledge of men’s fashion trends Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed Basic computer and POS system proficiency Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus What We Offer: A chance to work with a premium fashion brand Competitive salary Stylish and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth in the fashion industry Staff discount on all products To Apply: Send your resume and a brief introduction to [ [email protected] ].
