Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred in FMCG / Building Materials)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Wall & Tile Care Products in the Churu region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships with dealers, contractors, and retailers.
• Visit construction sites and dealers regularly to promote products.
• Demonstrate product features and provide technical information to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activity.
• Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the local building materials market.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
• Basic technical knowledge of tile adhesives, grouts, sealers, etc. is a plus.
• Good reporting and follow-up skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate preferred.
• Must have own bike and valid driving license.
