Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Present and promote services to existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure clients satisfaction.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, market trends, and sales performance.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve overall sales strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
