Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed student enrollment targets for various programs.
• Identify, engage, and nurture prospective students and parents through presentations, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
• Build and manage relationships with schools, tuition centers, and educational consultants to expand outreach.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Organize and participate in events such as open houses, education fairs, and school outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or a similar target-driven role.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
• Flexibility to travel and attend events as needed.
• Experience in education sales or student recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
