Sales Representative

You are a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Executive joining our showroom team. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting walk-in customers, understanding their furniture needs, suggesting suitable products, explaining product features, maintaining updated product knowledge, preparing quotations, coordinating with design and logistics teams, maintaining sales records, achieving sales targets, providing after-sales support, and ensuring showroom cleanliness. Your skills should include excellent communication, customer service, sales, negotiation, and basic knowledge of furniture materials, design styles, and trends. Computer skills in MS Office and fluency in both [local language] and English are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in retail furniture sales or interior product showrooms, knowledge of space planning or basic interior design, and familiarity with CRM or POS systems.
