About the Role

We are hiring entry-level Marketing & Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who enjoy interacting with people, promoting brands, and helping customers make informed purchase decisions.

You will represent leading products/services through in-store promotions, field marketing, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in stores, events, and field locations
• Promote products and explain features/benefits clearly
• Assist customers with purchase decisions
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Maintain brand visibility and presentation standards
• Coordinate with the team leader for daily reporting
• Build strong communication and sales skills through hands-on experience
