Role Overview: As a Sales Representative (Retail) at The Sankalp Group, you will be instrumental in the identification and establishment of contact with potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving monthly sales targets, responding to sales inquiries from both new and existing customers, and delivering presentations of the company products in the HORECA business. Effective internal communication within the Sales and Marketing team is crucial, along with ensuring the availability of the complete product line in the assigned market. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and reporting details of stock movement in each assigned location, making timely and frequent visits to counters, and operating within the company's stipulated framework. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively - Achieve the monthly sales targets assigned - Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers - Deliver presentations of the company products in the HORECA business - Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team, and HO - Ensure availability of the complete product line in the assigned market - Maintain and report details of stock movement in each location assigned - Make timely and frequent visits to the counters - Operate within the company stipulated framework - Maintain a healthy relationship with the customer support staff - Develop new business and open new clients - Maintain relationships with existing and new clients - Ensure order execution of all the parties on time Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to effectively manage stock movement and maintain relationships with clients - Familiarity with the HORECA business is a plus If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to business growth while upholding humanitarian values, The Sankalp Group is the place for you.
