Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right products, answering queries, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Your goal is to drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
• Assist with stock management, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Process sales transactions using systems accurately
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
