The Operations & Maintenance Executive acts as the backbone of facility management and asset control at WOODLUX. The role ensures all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assets function efficiently; vehicles remain operational and service-ready; and inventory is monitored with 100% accountability. The position demands a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with strong coordination skills and operational foresight. Core Responsibilities: A. Facility Operations & Maintenance Oversee and maintain electrical systems , including lighting, wiring, switches, display fixtures, and backup lines. Coordinate routine maintenance and repair of plumbing systems — ensuring zero leakage, water wastage, or downtime. Manage generator operations : periodic servicing, diesel refueling, load testing, and service log maintenance. Supervise lift maintenance with maintain service compliance documentation. B. Vehicle Management Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles: Maintain vehicle logbooks , service schedules , and insurance/RC validity tracking . Ensure timely pollution, fitness, and emission certificate renewals . Track fuel consumption and mileage efficiency to minimize wastage. Coordinate with (Delivery & Service Head) for vehicle allocation and route planning. C. Inventory & Stock Management Manage inward and outward stock movement — ensure all materials are logged into the system at the time of arrival and dispatch. Conduct periodic stock verification in coordination with the Sales and Accounts team. Maintain a centralized stock ledger (physical + digital) ensuring accuracy between physical and recorded inventory.
