Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
CTC: ₹2.5–3 LPA (in-hand)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive to handle daily customer interactions, manage client orders, and support B2B and retail sales requests. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping them with queries, arranging bookings, and coordinating smooth deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer calls, WhatsApp, and chat support for order-related queries.
• Arrange and manage client orders end-to-end — from inquiry to delivery confirmation.
• Process B2B rental requests for events, corporate setups, or bulk orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, delivery, finance) for order fulfillment and tracking.
• Maintain Excel or CRM records of client interactions, order details, and follow-ups.
• Support repeat customers and partnerships by ensuring prompt responses and service satisfaction.
• Collect feedback and assist in improving overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and sense of ownership.
