Job Description

A. Sales & Distribution Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for milk and fresh dairy SKUs. Ensure on-time supply to distributors, retailers, and key outlets. Maximize SKU availability and minimize stock-outs or expiries . Coordinate with logistics for route planning and delivery scheduling . B. Market Execution Maintain visibility of products through cold storage displays and point-of-sale materials. Ensure planogram compliance in modern trade and key outlets. Monitor product freshness , MRP compliance, and proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) handling. C. Retailer Engagement Collect and fulfill retailer orders daily. Ensure timely payment collection (if applicable in general trade). Educate retailers about new product launches , schemes, and promotional offers. Handle complaints, expired stock returns, and build long-term relationships. D. Reporting & Feedback Daily reporting of sales, stock status, and competitor activity via app or manual sheets. Share market intelligence : pricing trends, consumer preferences, competitor schemes. Flag demand-supply gaps or drop in sales with immediate effect.
