As a Sales Representative for Thailand & Bali (Long-Haul Destinations) at our fast-growing travel tech B2B and B2C company, your mission is to make long-haul travel to dream destinations like Thailand and Bali accessible, exciting, and seamless for our clients. We are looking for a hardcore sales closer to join our high-energy, performance-driven team. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end sales process for Thailand and Bali packages, converting inbound leads, proactively reaching out to potential customers, understanding client travel needs, recommending the best itineraries, meeting and exceeding monthly targets for revenue and conversion, building and managing a growing sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with marketing and operations to enhance the customer journey. We are seeking individuals with 1+ year of proven sales experience (Travel sales preferred), a strong understanding of the Thailand/Bali travel segment or willingness to learn fast, high energy, result-oriented, and relentless follow-up attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
