Job Description

As a female telecaller at Meenal Food Products, you will be responsible for selling tea products over the phone to potential customers. Your daily tasks will include making 150 outbound calls, effectively communicating the benefits, prices, and offers of the products, and showcasing good communication skills to engage with customers. Handling objections, converting leads into sales, maintaining call records, and submitting daily sales reports will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be required to follow up on leads diligently to achieve sales targets. To excel in this role, we are looking for female candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales or telecalling experience. Basic sales knowledge, including cold calling, lead conversion, and customer handling, is essential. Proficiency in Hindi is a must, while knowledge of English and Bengali would be advantageous. We seek individuals who are confident, target-driven, and maintain a polite demeanor during calls. Basic proficiency in using mobile or computer devices for calling and record-keeping is also required. This is a full-time position with a day shift, primarily in the morning.
