As a Sales Representative at our company, your primary responsibility will be to prospect and generate leads using various methods such as door-to-door outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels. You will be tasked with educating potential customers on the advantages of solar energy, discussing available financing options, and highlighting potential cost savings. Conducting site evaluations to assess eligibility and creating personalized solar proposals will also be part of your role. Your duties will include negotiating and finalizing deals, ensuring a seamless transition from the sale to the installation phase. Meeting and surpassing sales targets within designated territories is essential. Keeping abreast of industry trends, incentives, and emerging solar technologies is crucial for success. Collaborating with the operations team will be necessary to guarantee smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should ideally have sales experience, particularly in solar, home improvement, real estate, or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must. A self-motivated individual with a competitive mindset, you should be able to work autonomously and manage your time efficiently. While basic technical knowledge of solar energy systems is beneficial, training will be provided.
