As a Sales Executive in our Real Estate company with over a decade of experience and more than 35 completed projects in PCMC, your role will involve handling sales inquiries, conducting site presentations, following up with customers, and maintaining necessary data. It is essential to have strong deal-closing skills to succeed in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Handle sales inquiries and respond promptly - Conduct site presentations to potential customers - Follow up with customers to answer queries and provide additional information - Maintain necessary data related to sales activities Qualifications Required: - 0-4 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively close deals and meet sales targets Please note that the Sales Executive will receive a basic salary along with incentives based on bookings. The site location for this role will be either Charoli or Bhosari. This is a full-time position that requires working in person.
