Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell HVAC products and solutions, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing effective customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
• Generate leads and build relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, builders, dealers, distributors, and end customers.
• Promote and sell HVAC products, including air conditioning systems, chillers, ventilation equipment, ducting, and related accessories, as applicable.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, price comparisons, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical, project, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates in the CRM or company reporting system.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and support the collection process.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, or building services.
• Basic understanding of HVAC products, applications, and industry terminology.
• Experience in B2B sales, dealer development, project sales, or channel sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
