Job description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to help Sipvora expand its customer base in the hospitality industry. The role involves cold calling, generating leads, approaching potential clients and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to cafés, restaurants, hotels, bars and event companies.
• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Introduce Sipvora's customized bottle solutions to prospective clients.
• Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
• Explain customization options, pricing and product details.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.

Eligibility and Skills

• Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls and speaking with potential customers. Willingness to learn sales techniques and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development or entrepreneurship.

Commission and Contract Terms

• 8% commission on total eligible sales generated.
• Initial contract tenure of 3 months.
• No fixed salary; earnings depend on successful sales.
• Flexible working schedule.
• Commission calculation and payment terms will be agreed upon before onboarding.

Pay: From ₹9,100.00 per month
