About the Role

Gyani Transport is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and promoting our transportation and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, visits, and other channels.
• Explain Gyani Transport's services and pricing to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into business.
• Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with experience in transportation/logistics sales will be preferred.
