• MBA degree pass-out preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Confidence in conducting product demos and handling client objections.
• Goal-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt in a sales environment.
