Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in industrial product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and online channels.
• Promote and sell refrigerants, HVAC products, and other industrial supplies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations and quotations.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, payments, and customer enquiries.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing, dispatch, and timely delivery.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and a regular follow-up pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in sales, marketing, or business development will be preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, HVAC, refrigeration, or refrigerant gases will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to work independently, conduct client visits, and achieve sales targets.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage for field sales.
