Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Agents to join our growing health insurance team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about various health insurance products, and helping them choose the right plan based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients to promote suitable health insurance plans.
• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing transparently.
• Assist clients in comparing different plans and making informed decisions.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely policy conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Stay updated on IRDAI regulations and product changes.
• Provide post-sale support and help clients with renewals and claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
