Job Description: We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Agents to join our growing health insurance team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about various health insurance products, and helping them choose the right plan based on their needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and contact potential clients to promote suitable health insurance plans. Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing transparently. Assist clients in comparing different plans and making informed decisions. Follow up with leads and ensure timely policy conversion. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Stay updated on IRDAI regulations and product changes. Provide post-sale support and help clients with renewals and claims.
