Job Title: Sales & Business Development Specialist – Real Estate Division

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market, including prominent projects, developers, and emerging trends.
• Expo Support: Assist clients at expos by connecting them with developers and showcasing premier investment opportunities.
• Project Presentations: Deliver comprehensive presentations on various Gurgaon real estate projects, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
• Sales Closure: Drive property sales, converting leads into successful transactions.
• Post-Expo Relationship Management: Maintain client relationships post-expo, addressing inquiries and discussing further investment opportunities.
• Lead Management: Track client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure effective lead management.

Qualifications:

• Open to both graduates and postgraduates.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship building and teamwork.
• Confidence in presenting real estate projects both in person and via phone.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Ability to guide clients through decision-making processes effectively.

28 days a Month (2 day off, excluding weekends)09:30 AM - 07:30 PM
