Sales Representative (Female)

We are hiring a Female Sales Representative for our Greater Noida brand retail store.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in In-house counter sales of innerwear, Garments or loungewear, with strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of counter sales and effective customer handling is essential. As a key member of our store staff, She will play a central role in delivering excellent customer service, boosting sales, and enhancing the in-store shopping experience.

Note : This Job is only for female candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers warmly. Strong communication and presentation skills. Basic Computer knowledge.
• Help customers select garments that suit their size.
• Offer styling suggestions and upsell matching accessories or items.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the POS (point-of-sale) system efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product tagging.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.
• Follow Store policies and uphold the brand’s image and values.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in retail store.
• Education: Bachelor Degree.
• Skills: Excellent communication spoken English, a strong sense of fashion, good grooming, customer-handling skills.
• Presentable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long hours and move around the store efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
