Sales Representative

Company: Ekam Energy – Solar EPC Company, Chandigarh Tricity

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team full-time. The role involves client acquisition, lead generation, and sales execution in the solar industry, with direct exposure to schools, colleges, corporates, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients in assigned sectors and regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote solar products and solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for campaigns, proposals, and project execution.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience/internship in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, field-based environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
