Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build relationships with potential homebuyers.
Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update the client database regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and documentation process.
Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer trust.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate and nongraduates
15 years of experience in sales (real estate background preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
