Sales & Promotions Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales & Promotions Manager to build our B2C presence across Mysuru through offline campaigns, subscription drives, and community-based promotions. The role demands strong leadership, ground execution skills, and a startup mindset. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute offline sales campaigns (stalls, apartment drives, institutional promotions, sampling events). Recruit, train, and manage a team of part-time promoters and brand representatives. Achieve monthly subscription and sales targets through strategic campaigns. Collect, maintain, and analyze data from every campaign (leads, conversions, expenses, ROI). Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers. Generate and implement sales strategies based on customer insights and campaign learnings. Represent The Farming Buddha at exhibitions, events, and community gatherings.
