Sales & Promotion Associate

As a Sales & Promotion Associate, you will play a vital role in representing our brand in public areas and engaging with potential customers. Your fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, along with strong communication skills, will enable you to effectively convey product details to interested individuals. Your responsibilities will include distributing pamphlets, interacting with people in public spaces, and ensuring a clear explanation of our products/services. By answering questions and generating interest, you will contribute to the growth of our customer base. Reporting daily activities, feedback, and potential leads will be crucial in maintaining our brand's professional image. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a quick learner with strong grasping power, and maintain an energetic and proactive approach to fieldwork. Your presentable appearance, confident body language, and possession of a valid bike license (own vehicle preferred) are essential requirements. Prior experience in field sales, BTL marketing, or promotional roles will be an advantage.
