You will be responsible for managing walk-in customers, addressing their issues and concerns, assisting them in selecting products, and explaining different fabrics. You may need to perform quality checks when necessary and handle multiple roles in the store. Ensuring that the store is presentable at all times and keeping track of walk-in customers will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate must possess a pleasing and polite attitude, be able to communicate effectively in English and Hindi, and have the ability to handle customers with patience. You will be expected to assist and guide customers with their selections and maintain a presentable appearance at all times. Female candidates are preferred for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
