Job Title: Sales Promoter – IMFL Brand (On-Shop Promotion) Location: Kolkata & Suburbs Employment Type: Contractual Working Hours: Flexible shifts, may include late evening hours Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Male and Female Sales Promoters to represent a leading IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) brand across on-shop outlets in Kolkata and surrounding suburbs. This is a contractual position , suitable for individuals who are passionate about brand promotion, customer engagement, and working in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Promote the brand and its portfolio at assigned retail/on-shop outlets Engage with customers and drive product awareness, visibility & trials Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability Share product features, price points, and ongoing promotions clearly with customers Collect customer feedback and provide daily reports to the supervisor Female promoters will be specifically deployed at on-premise outlets (e.g., bars, lounges) Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming and brand etiquette May be required to work late evenings, weekends, or festive days as per store timings Eligibility Criteria: Age: 21–30 years Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) Prior experience in retail sales, liquor promotion, or FMCG will be preferred Good communication skills (basic English and Bengali/Hindi) Presentable appearance and confident personality Should be punctual, well-behaved, and professional Must be comfortable with flexible shifts and standing for long hours Remuneration: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skill) Incentives may be offered based on performance and sales targets.
