The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the retail industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving sales. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell products to customers within the retail store. Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively. RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the retail industry. Qualification: Any UG / Diploma. Gender: Male / Female. Skills: Strong communication, convincing ability, and customer service orientation. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred. Shift: General shift with rotational week off. Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 NHT Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives available.
