Job Description

Will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with distributors/retailers, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth for the company’s FMCG products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities to expand product reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in stores.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Implement sales strategies, trade promotions, and schemes to drive secondary sales.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends for product improvement.
  • Ensure timely collections of payments from trade partners.
  • Coordinate with supply chain/logistics for smooth product delivery.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,539.85 - ₹43,876.01 per month
