Sales person

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process: inquiry → site visit → follow-up → booking → agreement.
• Track sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the property market, competitor projects, pricing, and trends.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and guide sales executives.
• Monitor individual and team performance; conduct regular briefings and reviews.
• Support the team with negotiations, client meetings, and deal closures when needed.

Customer Engagement

• Ensure excellent customer service and high conversion rates.
• Handle high-value clients, escalations, and complex negotiations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.

Marketing Coordination

• Work with marketing to create campaigns, events, and digital lead-generation strategies.
• Review lead quality and optimize channels for better ROI.
• Ensure proper branding and presentation at the site / model apartment.

Operational & Documentation

• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for booking, documentation, agreements, and handovers.
• Maintain updated inventory, pricing sheets, and sales collaterals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of real estate sales experience; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of residential real estate, pricing strategy, and customer behavior.
• Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
