As an Agriculture Salesperson at Lalwani Krushi Agency based in Nashik, you will be responsible for managing retailer relationships and supporting delivery operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely order bookings, daily order confirmations, and delivery coordination with the driver. Your strong communication and customer service skills will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers. Additionally, you will provide product updates and report market feedback to the office. A basic knowledge of agricultural products like pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, weedicides, and plant growth regulators (PGRs) is a plus. Being responsible, honest, and physically fit to assist with deliveries is also required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Call and follow up with retailers for order booking - Take and confirm daily orders from retailers - Accompany the delivery pickup truck to deliver goods to retailers - Coordinate with the driver and ensure timely delivery - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers - Provide product updates and report market feedback to the office **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication and customer service skills - Two-wheeler license preferred - Willingness to travel locally in and around Nashik - Basic knowledge of agricultural products like pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, weedicides, and plant growth regulators (PGRs) is a plus - Responsible, honest, and physically fit to assist with deliveries At Lalwani Krushi Agency, you will receive a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives.
