Job Description

As a Trusted business partner to Sales and Sales leadership at Capgemini, you will provide Strategic Insights by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce CRM. You must have a strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM to track and influence Data Quality in Salesforce, which is essential for effective Sales management. Your role will involve leveraging systems and tools to document Sales Operations strategy and progress, as well as hands-on experience in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce. Proficiency in PowerBi is preferable for this role. Your primary skills should include Operations, Sales & Analytics, with technical expertise in Salesforce and Advanced Excel. The ability to work with data effectively, create and manage intuitive reports & dashboards to derive meaningful insights, and analyze data on Bookings, Funnel, Forecasts, etc., will be crucial. You are expected to stay updated with the latest technology and skills relevant to your role and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. In addition to your primary skills, expertise in Reporting Dashboards and Reports using Salesforce, PowerBi & Advanced Excel, Data Quality Management, and Sales Operations Support will be valuable. Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office is also required to excel in this role.
