- Handling all b2b and b2c enquiries.
- Negotiating with vendors (hotels, Transporters etc)
- Check and quote airfare from Online portals like TBO, Tripjack etc
- Building products for promotions.
- Preparing tour vouchers, hotel vouchers etc.
- Maintaining file from quote to sale process.
- Contracting with hotels and other service providers.
- Coordinating with sales team, accounts team for smoother day to day operations.
