Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Generate leads through inbound/outbound channels, referrals, agents, etc.
Engage with customers to explain loan products and understand their requirements.
Maintain strong product knowledge across unsecured (Doctor/CA/Lawyer) & secured segments.
Manage the end-to-end sales process application, documentation, verification, and disbursement.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
Build and maintain strong customer and agent relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and explore new business opportunities.
Drive cross-sell products ethically while maintaining business hygiene.
Ensure compliance with all BFL policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Uphold Bajaj Finances professional and customer-centric image.

Minimum Requirement

Any graduate / related field / 12th pass
Quick learner with adaptability
Hardworking and target-driven

Max Salary : INR 21,000 Gross Salary +Incentives
