Sales Officer (SO)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Nutricana Cattle Feed products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, agricultural knowledge, and the ability to understand the needs of cattle farms and feed suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend products that meet their needs.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Participate in conferences, shows, and educational workshops to network with industry professionals and promote our brand.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the agricultural or cattle feed industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster business relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
