Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell health insurance policies in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting insurance options, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell health insurance products to individual customers and families
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
• Conduct client meetings and explain policy features, benefits, and premium options
• Achieve sales targets set by the management
• Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and cross-selling
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales (health insurance preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales record and ability to meet targets
• Local market knowledge in Chennai
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
