ROL Agri, established in 1995, is a leading manufacturer in the agricultural sector in India. With a focus on agrochemical products, ROL Agri aims to revolutionize the agricultural industry by enhancing product quality and quantity. In addition to agrochemicals, ROL Agri also operates in pharmaceuticals, Iron & Steel, surfactants, detergents, and fine chemicals. Currently, ROL Agri has over 500 employees and is expanding its product range to include seeds and fertilizers.

Role Description

• Generate sales of agri-input products (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, etc.)
• Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks
• Plan and execute promotional activities in rural markets
• Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and field visits
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and farmers

Qualifications

• Must belong from Amethi/Raebarelli (mandatory)
• B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory)
• Must have worked in Amethi with proper market knowledge (mandatory)
• Minimum2-3 years of field sales experience in agri-inputs
• Strong understanding of rural/agriculture markets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
